We have a situation that we would like you to pray for at church and Sunday School this weekend. I'm sorry, I know it's late notice.

Daniel is the 5 year old mute boy we have taken into the Josephine House. He was abandoned by his f amily because he is "different."

We knew he was having convulsions when we took him. Our MTW Clinic is sending him for an EEG or whatever it is that looks at the brain sometime tonight. (Friday)

He had to have his head shaved for that test. When Ramona cut all his hair off we found several nasty looking scars, indicating head traumas. Please pray that God will show us what medical treatment is needed for this little boy.

That is only Part #1.

Part #2 is that while the little boy has seizures on occasion, he will usually seize when he hears the words "Jésus" or "Cristo", and will always seize when someone tries to pray for him.

This is not the first time I have seen things like this. Sunday morning at about 12:00pm EST I will lead a group of Elders that will anoint with oil, lay hands on, and pray for this child.

We would like you to join us in prayer for Daniel at that time if possible. If the problem is physical or spiritual really doesn't make any difference. The same God who before the foundations of this earth were placed, knows this child intimately.

JEHOVAH-ROPHE is "The Lord Who Heals" (Ex. 15:22-26). He heals body, soul and spirit; all levels of man's being. He IS in control. Thank you for your prayers.

Thank you for praying yesterday. Daniel was the last of about 10 people we prayed for in yesterday's service. It was a very difficult time for him. I held him as we all prayed for him. He screamed and fought, then gradually calmed down and was asleep when we finished praying. God's power and love for is so often beyond anything we can comprehend. Please continue to pray for little Daniel as we continue to try to meet his needs. Again, thank you for your prayers.
