With a new assignment, that is. Ramona's viral count is at zero, and she has been starting to regain her strength. This allows us to start investigating what the possibilities are for our next assignment. It also gives you some specific things that you can be praying about.

Please pray for strength for Ramona as we visit with three of our churches this month. Then on October 1st we will fly to Lima Peru, and take an eight hour road trip north to the city of Huaraz. Mission to the World has acquired what was the Wycliffe Bible Translation Center in Huaraz, and is turning it into the Quechua Training Center. Huaraz is a mountain city of about 50,000 located in the Huaylas Valley of Peru. It is at about 11,ooo feet. You can go to Google Earth and take a virtual tour as we did. We will return to Chattanooga on October 15th. October 1st and 15th will be very long travel days so please remember to pray for strength and good health for Ramona on those days.

We then will have at least two other assignment possibilities to look at. Please pray that God will make it clear to MTW, Ramona and I where He would have us serving next. This has been a difficult time for us. We appreciate the prayers, letters and financial support that have been given on our behalf.
