Crane, Richard & Robyn

Ministry Announcement Letter

October 2002

Dear Friend of Richard & Robyn,

Thank you for your faithfulness in standing with Mission to the World and the Cranes. I know that you are an encouragement to Richard, Robyn, and their family as you are to us.

Richard and Robyn have recently received an invitation to work with LOGOI, Inc. They will be based in Miami, Florida, but their work will involve training Spanish-speaking leaders, training and developing of Spanish-speaking pastors and church leaders. You can learn a lot more about LOGOI at the following web site: www.LOGOI.org .

The LOGOI training program is known as FLET (which means the Latin American Faculty of Theological Education). This is an accredited degree program offering bachelor and master levels of study.

LOGOI and MTW have been working together for over 20 years in a cooperative agreement. The LOGOI program has trained a significant number of the church planters and pastors with whom MTW has worked over the years. The Cranes will be on loan from MTW to LOGOI , and Richard will help in the development of much needed Reformed training materials . We believe the Lord will use his gifts and interests to train many more leaders for the Church in Latin America.

The Cranes are excited about this new opportunity, and Mission to the World fully supports them in this decision. The years spent in Chile have given them a wealth of experience and knowledge, which can now be shared in many countries. They will continue their Home Ministry Assignment until July 2003 and then move to Miami.

Support for the Cranes will continue to come to Mission to the World. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. You are a vital part of our team.

Sincerely in Christ,

Kenneth A. Thompson
International Director, Latin America
