Thank you very much for your faithful prayers and support.

This is a short note to ask you to pray for Daniel as he undergoes remedial surgery tomorrow Thursday May 22, at 9 AM.   The doctor will remove the piece of bone on his right elbow that another doctor attempted to bring together with three screws a year ago.  That did not work and this doctor does not see any need to keep that piece of bone there.  There is always the risk of damaging the nerve.  So pray that the operation may go as expected and that with this operation he may recover his full motion of his elbow.

    I will let you know how the operation went and give you an update on our family and ministry in the next couple days.

Dear friends,

Thank you to all who prayed for Daniel's surgery yesterday. God was merciful and kind in leading us to doctors who really know what they are doing. The surgery went well, and Daniel is recovering with the expected amount of pain and discomfort, but far less than after last year's surgery. The doctor said the surgery was complex, and that he was surprised that Daniel has not been experiencing more pain from the amount of scar tissue on the nerves. He was also able to remove the screws, and loosen the joint considerably. Daniel will begin therapy on Tuesday.

Praise God with us for His faithful loving kindness.
