Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
This is Thursday Nov. 3, and in a few hours Robyn and I will be travelling to Puerto Rico where I will be preaching and giving a conference on Crisis Management to promote our FLET University there. We have a number of students there, yet there is great interest in opening new study centers. Cesar, our representative from Venezuela is coordinating this effort there.
This is the first time Robyn is going with me on these trips and I very happy for that. We will be flying back on Sunday afternoon, Lord willing. I will be reporting on the trip next week and post some pictures of the events. Please pray for the following:
1. Thank God for His protection and blessing through Hurricane Wilma. We had a few trees fall and 80+ tiles that need to be replaced on the roof, but we got electrical power in a day!!!
2. Pray that Daniel will recuperate well from his accident. Yesterday he dislocated his right elbow (this was horrendously painful for him), yet his nerves are intact and the elbow, with one bone also cracked, seems to be good. He now has to face the other part of the pain, which is not being able to play soccer for eight weeks. He has his arm in a cast.
3. Pray that the Holy Spirit will lead me as I give my talks, and that Godīs presence and healing will be clear as I talk on such issues as how to handle crisis, death and dying, depression, and suicide.
4. Pray that we may be kept safe from both weather and crime.
