Dear Faithful Prayer Warriors,

Words cannot express our gratitude for your prayers for Jordan, Hannah and Preston.  I was so overwhelmed by the response when I sent out the request, that unfortunately I am not able to write each one of you personally.  But, I want you to know how thankful we are for you; each of you.  The girls are trying to get back to normal and as this is a process, we would appreciate your continued prayers.  At the moment, the apartment administration is not willing to evict the man. 

In case you have heard of the goings on in Colombia, we would also appreciate your prayers for this country.  In brief, the Colombian army killed the #2 man in Farc, but unfortunately, it was just across the border of Ecuador as they were fleeing for safe refuge.  As a result, the president of Ecuador (a Marxist) and the president of Venezuela (Chavez, I'm sure you have heard of him!) are trying to garner support for a revolution to "liberate the Colombians from the 'Imperialists'".  The Colombian army confiscated a few computers belonging to the guerillas and found evidence that both Ecuador and Venezuela had been supporting the terrorists, Venezuela giving huge financial contributions (300 million in one transaction) to the Farc as well as guaranteeing them safe haven in their countries.  The US is working with the Colombian govt to substantiate these documents.  Please pray that God will bring what is hidden to light, expose their intentions and foil their attempts to draw other South American countries into a "revolution" against Colombia.  Unfortunately, Colombia is about the only country left that has a democratic republican form of government.
