Paul and Dawn Fisher #12322
Paul is originally from south Jersey where he was saved as a child and raised in a Christian home. Active in Christian ministries since his youth, Paul was called to missions from as long as he can remember. He studied music and missions in college to develop his gifts and has since studied nursing and emergency medicine.
Dawn grew up in Mexico where her family served as missionaries. It was there at an early age that she came to trust in Christ. As a child she sensed God's call to missions through her involvement in the ministry. Paul and Dawn met at college where God confirmed their call to serve Him in Mexico as a couple. They have been serving there since 1987 and have 8 daughters and 2 sons.
The Fishers are involved in developing community service ministries which serve to build bridges into the community and open doors for evangelism, discipleship and church-planting in the city of Guadalajara. They are engaged in cultural / educational ministries and medical missions.
Paul's primary focus is in the area of leading worship at church and teaching music at the church-based "Soli Deo Gloria" Music Academy of which he is director. Musicians there are trained for worship, evangelism and church-planting endeavors.
Please pray for Paul and Dawn that God would continue to use them and provide for their family and for the ministry to which He has called them.
