Acapulco, Mexico

• The “Llegando a Casa” (Coming Home) boys’ home is in need of a new house mother. Pray that God will provide the right person for this important job.

• Pray for Nico and Gerardo, both 15-year-old boys from Llegando a Casa, who left the home for the streets recently, that God will protect them and enable them to return soon.

• For lots of love for Jesus and godly wisdom for the staff of Sobre el Puente (Over the Bridge), and daily stamina in working with the street children.

• For each boy and girl at Sobre el Puente, that they may soon choose to follow Jesus consistently and obediently.

• For Miriam, 13, who regularly attends the drop-in center, that God will lead her to leave the streets as soon as possible.

• For the summer short-term teams, that God may use them mightily in the lives of the children of Sobre el Puente.

• For God to show us clearly which children should be brought into the Llegando a Casa boys’ home.

• For new missionaries Jamie and Jennifer Burkemper and their children, that God will bless them in their support raising and spiritual preparation to serve in Acapulco.

• For Laura, as our potential “social worker,” that she may develop good relationships with the children’s families.
