September 7, 2002 Update - GOOD NEWS FROM CHILE
After many months of stalling, red tape, all sorts of difficulties and delays, the municipality of Las Condes has finally granted permission for the Cristo Rey building to be used. This Sunday will be the first combined service for a long time and there is an air of rejoicing after many battles. A verse that was sent with the notification as 1 Kings 9:3 "And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually."
