Dear Friends,

Praise God with us in completing the approval process to respond to God's call to work with the Quechua. Now we begin the next process of support-raising which usually takes at least a year. We are asking the Lord to supply all needed funds for a summer 2002 departure.

Pray for our safety as we travel and present our future ministry to churches in the southeast.

Pray for the Lord to work now in the lives of three Quechua men who will become the first pastoral trainees in Bolivia.

Praise God for the ministry of Cayo Cardenas in Santo Tomas (near Cusco, Peru) and the 45 to 50 Quechuas that are meeting regularly for Bible studies.

Praise God for the 10 Quechua who recently committed their lives to Christ.

Praise God for the 8 churches that have already invited us to speak this fall and spring!

Pray with us for the Quechua the words of James 2:5 "Listen my beloved brethren: has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?"
