After growing up in Massachusetts, Erica became a southern girl living near Atlanta, GA where she has taught mathematics and coached soccer in a public high school. Erica trusted Christ as a senior in high school which has fueled her passion for teens. She has worked with youth in her home church for a few years in discipleship groups, retreats, and missions trips. God has been preparing Erica to use her gifts and desires in His work.

When Erica responded to God's call for overseas missions, He laid the people of Belize on her heart. While in Belize, she will be teaching national students in a local school encouraging a love of learning through reformed theology and in the love of Christ. This new school seeks to meet the needs of the locals as well as to prepare them in the fields of business, helping them be self sufficient in a poor economy. Erica will also be a resource and mentor for national teachers to help build strong and successful strategies for dedicated educators with little training.
