Esaie grew up in Haiti, and came to the U.S. in 1991 where he received a BA in biblical theology from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, and an M.Div. from RTS Orlando. Esaie is an ordained minister in the PCA. Natacha also grew up in Haiti and came to the U.S. in 1992. She graduated with a BA in elementary education, and she is now working on a master’s degree.

Esaie became a Christian at a young age, and Natacha, at age 16. They met in Miami in 1994 and were married in 1997. For the past 15 years, Esaie has been involved in church-planting among the Haitians in South and Central Florida. He has also taught different Bible courses in Haiti. Natacha has served in youth ministry in Miami, women’s ministry and as children’s ministry

God has called the Etiennes back to their homeland to head up a movement of church planting and theological education based in Gonaives, Haiti. They have founded Kingdom Mission International to work under MTW as a holistic ministry of the Church in Haiti.
